Rob served as an FBI Special Agent on the HazMat Response Team and in the National Guard Homeland Response Force. He has extensive knowledge of law enforcement, emergency response and the Homeland Security Grant Program. Numerous military deployments provided experience with UAS and operations. Rob also presented at the 2013 National Hurricane Conference on UAS use in disaster response and is a member of the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Society International. He holds an MS in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from the McCombs School of Business and an MS in Biosecurity and Disaster Preparedness from Saint Louis University.

Ariel is an ex-USAF instructor pilot with over 2500 hours of flight experience and a certified Aviation Safety Program Manager (Air Force Safety Center). He holds an MS in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from the McCombs School of Business and a BS in Economics from the USAF Academy. Ariel brings extensive military leadership and operational management expertise to the management team and delivers complex aerospace systems and human factors knowledge to the product development team.
